Easy to make, macro-friendly Hamburger Helper.
Ingredients:
đ 1 box Goodles â Iâm using Mover & Shaker
đ 1lb lean ground beef â Iâm using 95/5
đ 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
Instructions:
đ Prepare Goodles pasta noodles
đ Cook your beef
đ Blend nonfat cottage cheese, packet of cheese from box, and ÂŒ cup pasta water
đ Add half pasta, ÂŒ cooked beef, and half cheese sauce into your bowl and enjoy!

Iâve made this with the Cheddy Mac, Mover & Shaker, and Twist My Parm flavors â they are all delicious but Twist My Parm is my favorite. Recently, Iâve also been adding vegetables to this dish â spinach, Lionâs Mane, and onions are all options we like.
This was incredibly delicious and easy to make â definitely adding to my dinner rotation.
