The easiest way to lose fat without “dieting” is to only eat protein, fruits, and vegetables.
Protein includes chicken, beef, seafood, Greek yogurt, eggs, etc. We need protein for body composition to build and maintain muscle.
Fruits and vegetables are high-volume foods, which means you can eat a lot of them for very few calories. They’re also rich in micronutrients and high in fiber.
By doing this, you will create a proxy for caloric deficit, which is essential for losing fat.
Diets like carnivore or ketogenic rely on caloric deficit. At the end of the day, it’s all about energy in vs. energy out while optimizing hormones. The easiest way to do this is by only eating protein, fruits, and vegetables.
