Here’s how it works:

You’re going to sign up for several months of private coaching with me. It’s expensive, but you need to take back this aspect of your life. If you don’t have your health… you have nothing. The cold hard reality is that how you look influences how seriously people perceive you. So it’s worth the investment.

I’m going to check in with you every day personally about your food and exercise. Each day you’re going to tell me what you ate the previous day.

I’m going to know if you are lying to me. It’s my job to make sure you’re clear and you’re doing what you need to do to lose weight.

I grew up poor in a small town, and fitness was my path towards self-confidence. I dreamed of being a personal trainer, but gave up this dream after college to go into finance. Dreams die hard though–and eventually I realized I needed to follow my passion. Within a year of starting, I was one of the Top 25 Equinox trainers in the country. Now, 10 years into my career as a performance coach, I have my own thriving practice and I’m privileged to train executives, entrepreneurs, and celebrities.
