6 weeks to summer

We have 6 weeks to summer.

I did a previous video talking about what I would do if I had 3 months to get in the best shape possible. But now, we only have 6 weeks. So, what would I do with this shortened time frame?

1️⃣ Focus on nutrition – The reality is that 6 weeks is not a lot of time to build muscle, so we need to shift our focus to fat loss.

Think about Brad Pitt in ‘Fight Club’ – he wasn’t built he was shredded and had low body fat. Most people would look better if they lost fat so that’s what we are prioritizing with our nutrition.

2️⃣ Tracking your food intake to ensure a calorie deficit and prioritize protein and fiber – We want to maintain a calorie deficit for fat loss and, to make this as painless as possible, we want to prioritize protein and fiber. Protein helps preserve muscle mass and both protein and fiber aids in satiety.

3️⃣ Get to the gym – Since we don’t have a lot of time, I would try to get to the gym 4x/week. As long as your routine is sustainable and you can commit to it.
