Look, 80% of your food should be coming from single ingredient foods. Calories in calories out is essential for weight loss, also nutrient selection is vital for health. I prioritize things like fruits and vegetables in my diet because they have fiber. đŸ“đŸ„Š I work very hard to get avocado, olive oil, nuts and seeds in my diet because they help fight bad cholesterol. đŸ„‘ I’m constantly having fatty fish to drive down my triglycerides. 🐟

This doesn’t mean that I don’t ever enjoy “not healthy” food. You might say, “Jake, there’s never an excuse to have processed food.” But f*** off because I know you’re drinking alcohol on the weekends, There’s room in your diet for things you enjoy and you can be perfectly happy if you enjoy things in moderation. Follow the 80/20 rule.
