Tried making the viral high-protein sorbet so you don’t have to… 🤢
Here’s the recipe that’s been making the rounds:
🔘 300g nonfat cottage cheese
🔘 1 cup mixed berries
🔘 2 tbsp honey
🔘 Blend until smooth, pour into a container, freeze for 1.5 hours.
My verdict: Absolutely fucking not. This was trash.
I’m all for hitting protein goals creatively, but this ain’t it. The texture? Off. The taste? Questionable at best.
What did we learn? Sometimes, it’s okay to just buy the damn premade dessert.
