Review: Shamrock Farms @RockinProtein Builder.

I found this protein shake at Stop & Shop about a year ago and have been meaning to review it ever since – and it did not disappoint.

Macros:
🔘 190 calories
🔘 30g protein
🔘 4g fiber

This shake crushes the Protein Test (10g of protein per 100 calories) and even includes a solid amount of fiber – which is very rare in a ready-to-drink protein shake.

Taste-wise, it holds up. It’s not quite as creamy as Fairlife, but the texture is smooth. If you’re looking for a convenient, high-protein option with some added fiber, I’d definitely recommend checking these out.
