All you need is some weight plates or a sturdy object that you can place under one side of the bench. I’ve done this hundreds of times and never had an issue. Just make sure the object underneath is substantial and can support the weight you’re using.

Marinated Chicken Breasts: High protein, minimal calories added

@wegmans marinated chicken breasts only add about 20-30 calories to a traditional chicken breast. Of those who are fortunate enough to succeed at dieting, 80% will eventually regain all the weight. I truly believe this is because people use fad diets instead of finding sustainable methods of nutrition.
