Today, we’re looking at every pre-made protein shake available at @samsclub. I compared each of these based on macros, taste, ingredients, and price.
Here are my personal favorites:
Nurri – great macros, absolutely delicious, and only $1.80/can
@fairlife Nutrition Plan – my all-time favorite ultra-filtered milkshake. Rich and creamy taste, but it’s a bit expensive at $2.25/shake
@PremierProteinOfficial – the lemon bar flavor was surprisingly really good, the macros are good, and the price is about $1.50/shake
