I’ve heard great things about Redefine Meal Prep. They have locations in Long Island and Westchester, so I went there and bought 5 meals:
– A sandwich
– A protein bowl
– A pasta option
– A Mexican option
– Another pasta option (because I’m Italian 🇮🇹)
Here are my favorites:
1️⃣ Honey Garlic Mac and Cheese
510 cal | 42g protein | 3g fiber
2️⃣ Sourdough Sliced Steak Sandwich
520 cal | 44g protein | 2g fiber
These meals have great calorie portions. They’re all between 400-600 calories, and they all come pretty close to passing the protein test (10g of protein per 100 calories).
I would have liked to see more fiber in these meals, and some of them were a little high in saturated fat. If you’re sodium sensitive, having a couple of these meals will get you halfway to your sodium goal.
