Reviewing Frozen One protein ice cream pints:
The Macros: 40g of protein per pint. Calories vary by flavor, ranging from 120 calories for Apple Pie up to 140 calories (and 430 total calories per pint) for Peanut Butter Chip.

The Protein Test: The Dutch Chocolate and Apple Pie flavors pass the protein test, while the Peanut Butter Chip just misses the mark.

The Texture: Ingredients include allulose, grape sweetener, chicory fiber, and guar gum. The use of guar gum throws off the texture; xanthan gum would provide a much better consistency.

The Taste:
Dutch Chocolate & Apple Pie: Not bad, but not particularly good.
Peanut Butter Chip: Has a rough aftertaste.

The Verdict: It’s a hard pass. With so many superior options on the market like Halo Top, Protein Pints, and David’s protein ice cream, this one just doesn’t measure up.
