Giving your body and brain a chance to rest is crucial. Rest breaks can allow you to continue your progression and better your performance. Even taking small 2-4 minute breaks throughout your workout will give your tendons and joints a chance to recover and prevent future pain. Deep, meaningful sleep and stress management will also help majorly in the recovery process.
