I Have No Free Time. This is My Biggest Motivator.

I’m at a point in my life where I do not have any free time. You can probably relate.

When I go to the gym, that means I’m sacrificing time away from my family or my career.

For me, that’s a huge motivator, especially when training. When I show up to the gym, I show up 100%. I’m going to push myself on every set.

A lot of people might want to do the same. But after a long day, you might show up to the gym and already feel defeated.

I understand that my clients hire me for an appointment they have show up to, and if they don’t, they will get charged for it. And once you show up, it’s my job to make sure you push yourself to get the results always wanted. That’s what I’ve done for thousands of my coaching and in-person clients.

My son is my biggest motivation for me to be the best version of myself, and being in shape is a huge part of that.
