These are my 5 favorite fruits for clients while dieting. No they don’t have magic properties and no they are not the only ones you can eat.

🫐 BERRIES: They have insane macros and tons of antioxidants
🍎APPLES: They are high in fiber and ready to go, no mess
🥑AVOCADO: But make damn sure you buy the individual packets
🥝KIWI: This would be higher on my list because they’re f***ing delicious, but kinda messy
🍊ORANGES: Really good macros but again, messy, and I’m not as fanatical about the taste as I am about kiwi or berries.

Look, 80% of your food should be coming from single ingredient foods. Calories in calories out is essential for weight loss, also nutrient selection is vital for health. I prioritize things like fruits and vegetables in my diet because they have fiber. 🍓🥦 I work very hard to get avocado, olive oil, nuts and seeds in my diet because they help fight bad cholesterol. 🥑 I’m constantly having fatty fish to drive down my triglycerides. 🐟

This doesn’t mean that I don’t ever enjoy “not healthy” food. You might say, “Jake, there’s never an excuse to have processed food.” But f*** off because I know you’re drinking alcohol on the weekends, There’s room in your diet for things you enjoy and you can be perfectly happy if you enjoy things in moderation. Follow the 80/20 rule.

@atkinsnutritionals acquired @questnutrition in 2019. You can really tell when you bite into these Atkins protein chips. The macros are almost as good as the original Quest chips. I do find the taste of the Quest chips in general to be superior, however, the Atkins Chipotle BBQ chips are absolute fire.
