1️⃣ Crock Pot Taco Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast
2 cans black beans
1 jar salsa
Taco seasoning

Macros per serving: 455 calories, 64g protein, 14g fiber

Instructions: Add all ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Shred chicken and serve.

2️⃣ Italian Beef and White Bean Stew

Ingredients:
2 lbs lean stew beef or sirloin
2 cans cannellini beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
Garlic
Italian seasoning

Macros per serving: 420 calories, 46g protein, 8g fiber

Instructions: Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir and serve.

3️⃣ Beef, Mushroom, and Lentil Stew

Ingredients:
2 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 cup lentils
1 pack mushrooms
4 cups beef broth
Worcestershire sauce

Macros per serving: 489 calories, 49g protein, 5g fiber

Instructions: Brown beef first. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Serve.
