2025 Protein Bar Review

In today’s video, I’m reviewing 15 of the most popular protein bars you can find at major retailers like Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Aldi, and Amazon. I’m rating each one based on taste, macros (calories, protein, fat, sugar, and fiber), and ingredients (like seed oils and artificial sweeteners) – so you know exactly what’s worth buying. We emphasize low calorie, high protein bars with a lot of taste for your fitness journey.

Whether you’re in a weight loss phase, trying to build lean muscle in the gym, or just need a convenient high-protein snack on the go, protein bars can help you hit your daily protein goals without going over on calories.

Here are the protein bars I reviewed:

🔘 Barebells
🔘 ONE Bar
🔘 Pure Protein
🔘 think!
🔘 Quest
🔘 David
🔘 Built Puff
🔘 Fit Crunch
🔘 Anabar
🔘 Power Crunch
🔘 Builders Protein
🔘 Grenade
🔘 Legion
🔘 1st Phorm Level-1
🔘 MRE Bar
