It’s true – America is eating too much processed food. These foods, and other foods that you really enjoy, should only be about 20% of your diet. The other 80% should be single-ingredient foods, but you are allowed to eat foods you enjoy, and you are allowed to go out and celebrate life.
Until you understand the importance of portion size control, your nutrition and your lifestyle will always be restricted.
