Sisu has released an electrolyte, and it’s a damn good one.
Electrolytes make sense for endurance athletes, but for the general population, don’t take them just for the sake of taking them.
Real talk: I’m going through a cut right now, and at times I’ve become constipated. Electrolytes aren’t a laxative, but they do help with gut motility.
So why do I like this Sisu electrolyte in particular? Let’s look at what’s in it:
✅ 750mg sodium (every electrolyte has salt)
✅ 400mg potassium
✅ 100mg calcium
✅ 150mg magnesium
This actually has electrolytes in it besides salt. I usually add a little potassium salt to it, which I use in a lot of my cooking as well.
Full disclosure: I’ve had a business relationship with Sisu helping them sell saunas. I’m a big fan of their brand, and I’m really excited about this electrolyte. They don’t even know I filmed this, I just really appreciate te product.
TELL ME: Have you used electrolytes during a weight cut before? Let me know in the comments. 👇
