6 Things That Make Dieting Easier 💡
EXERCISE will build muscle, burn calories, and help keep you focused on your diet.
Start your day off LIGHT 👉 Save your calories for later. People tend to overeat in the evening, so save your calories for when you need them.
High FIBER foods like fruit and vegetables are a lot of food for very few calories. Make sure you have them for every meal.
Plan an afternoon SNACK that has both protein and fiber. That way, you won’t walk through the door and start grazing before dinner.
Keep JUNK food out of the house. If you’re addicted to ice cream, get it out of the house. Or keep a macro-friendly alternative in the fridge instead.
Get enough SLEEP 💤 This is the most difficult of the six. I have kids, I get it. But you need to prioritize sleep whenever possible.
