Client Spotlight: Bobby E. – One Year Later

Bobby has been working with me through @getverb for the past 18 months. He initially joined my Transformation program, dropped an impressive 52lbs in just 6 months, began a maintenance phase, and then transitioned into our Training program to continue on to a strength-building phase.

We first shared his story back in August 2024 – now let’s check in on where he is today:

“Looking back on the last year and a half, it’s been an incredible journey.

I can’t thank Jacob enough for his guidance in both nutrition and weight training. I’m stronger now than I was 18 months ago – and I still get to enjoy the foods I love.

He helped me understand that eating isn’t a perfect science. Because of that, I’ve learned how to have ‘food enjoyment days’ (not cheat days!) and still stay on track.

Without his help, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m excited to see where we go next.”

Bobby now feels confident in the gym, continues to progress his lifts, and has found balance in enjoying life while staying committed to his goals.

Bobby, you’re crushing it – keep going. Link in bio to change your life.
