Welcome to my new high-protein slow cooker series! Today, we’re going to make a barbecue shredded beef.
This recipe is 450 calories with 45 grams of protein, and it only needs three ingredients:
– Lean beef
– BBQ sauce
– Bone broth
However, we are adults, so we’re going to add some vegetables:
– Mushrooms
– Onions
– Peppers
This recipe passes the protein test, and the vegetables are going to add some fiber to the mix. To top it off, pour this shredded beef over a bed of cauliflower rice for even more fiber, making this a healthy and delicious recipe that you can cook for your whole family and use the leftovers for meal prep.
